Did you get out for some fun over the Labor Day weekend?  My son turned 17 yesterday...hard to believe.  He was even born on the actual "Labor Day." Our plans were to get away for a restful weekend with my dad to the cabin. Then an unscheduled trip to the doctor said I had a kidney stone, but a cat scan said diverticulitis instead. Decided I could lay in bed at the cabin as easily as I could at home, so with a of boat-load of hydrocodone we were on our way.  Four days of clear liquid diet and two types of antibiotics and I am feeling better. I have been meaning to give up diet Coke anyway, so this just made it easy.  And starting any diet now would seem like a feast, so no time like the present!  Looking for the silver lining here, can you tell? ;)
