Had a good time at Let's Kit Together.  Two kits left.  I have posted projects I made here.

Here is a peek at one of the sample projects I just finished up using this month's Let's Kit Together product.  Going to put pics of my youngest son in it...

CHA-CHA-CHA and SALE-SALE-SALE

Well, survived the trip to Anaheim and back.  Can I just remind us all to be grateful for what little traffic we experience here in SM?  Holy cow...doesn't matter what time it is, what day it is...in LA, there is always traffic.

So, walked and walked, looked and looked, oow'd and aaw'd, and bought, bought, bought.  I will be posting photos of the product for classes through at least May if not June using all the great new stuff coming out over the next few months.  Other items that will be arriving soon and are sure to fly out the door I may offer as pre-sales so that if you would like to pre-purchase yours, you don't have to worry about whether or not you make it into the shop in time before they are all gone.  So stay tuned right here.  Once I get through tomorrow (shop open AND Let's Kit Together tomorrow night) I will begin working on getting photos up so you can oow and aah and even shop if you decide to!

Now, one last CLEARANCE SALE before the new product begins coming in next month (along with the credit card bill!)  Some of you couldn't make it in last week (feeling under the weather, some of you BECAUSE of the weather).  So tomorrow I'll even sweeten it up a bit.  50% off everything that was on sale last week, and 20% off everything that wasn't on sale last week.  Sooo...tools and adhesives, newer items, and Bazzill cardstock are 20% off just for the day.  Store hours are 11am-2pm and 4-6p.  Let's Kit Together (just a couple seats still available) from 7-8pm.

The photos from last night's Dream Designs are now up for those of you who signed up for class but didn't make it in.  There are a few kits left also, so if you would like one, get them while they last.

I am off to CHA.  I will take lots of photos and even some video too if I can and post here.  Will be fun to see all the new stuff! 

Meanwhile, there are product pics for February and March classes for your viewing and signup pleasure.  Keep in mind this is just a smidge of what will be used...new stuff will be coming soon and I'll be adding it to these classes as it arrives.

CAN YOU SAY CANVAS? SURVEY SAYS???

 

Canvas seems to be all the rage these days…and Donna Downey is the queen.
She is putting together and offering some class kits and I am considering offering them to you.

Here’s how it would work.  There would be a class each month beginning May and running through November of this year where we make one 12x12 canvas layout…paint, iron-ons, flowers, sewing (don’t be frightened), wire, etc.  Trust me, I have seen these layouts and they are g-o-r-g-e-o-u-s!!!  See above for a few of them.

You would end up with 7 beautiful and different 12x12 canvas layouts and class would include ALL product you would need besides your basic tools and adhesive.  That’s right…even the paint colors and special mediums are included in the class…no additional purchases necessary.  And just think of the new and exciting techniques we would learn.

Retail on the kits alone is $20, so if you are willing to make a commitment to this seven-session class, then I’ll make it $140 plus tax---class time and instruction on me.  But before I make this investment, I need to know who might be interested.  What say you?  Leave a comment or shoot me an email.

Maybe I offer it to a small group…but once I place the order for a certain amount of kits, that’s all there is.
